In the admin area go to Content->Article Manager and choose "New", or choose an article to edit.
You will see the Article[new] or Article[edit] screen.

Enter a Title, select a section and category.

Enter your article text.

Format with the editor options.

Change any Parameters necessary.

Save the article.
